Our purpose is fully aligned with goal 8.10 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

Social issues
Domek-Group is committed daily to the following social themes
We offer people with limited access to financial services full support and help with important financial decisions and risk management. With this we offer perspective and protection to the specific target group. In execution, all legal guidelines and regulations from the regulators are met.
The company premises have the latest building technologies (heating, heat pumps and solar panels) for economical energy consumption.
This makes Domek-Group largely self-sufficient since 2022.
We invest and promote digital customer communication to minimize paper consumption and CO2 emissions.
To further reduce CO2 emissions, carpooling is encouraged and financially rewarded and the fleet is transforming from low-emission vehicles to electric vehicles.
We offer a safe workplace with prospects for personal development to people who are disadvantaged in terms of opportunities within the labor market.
We believe that everyone who really wants one deserves a good chance and more. We assist our employees with the development of the Dutch language and provide a full training program to become trade specialists. All training and exams are provided by Domek-Group.
The workforce consists of 8 nationalities of which 80% are women. Domek-Group’s experience is that women are customer-friendly and actively work and, above all, want to learn and develop. We encourage this wholeheartedly.
